This appears to be an earlier collection of ponies by Polyfect (they currently make the fakies sold at Big Lots; I’m not sure if this line was sold there, too). They have horseshoes stamped on the bottom of the hoof and may be related to Fancy Pony Family, which has the same feature. Most come without symbols, but there are exceptions. The adult pose is based on the Tootsie pose with CPK Magic Meadow Pony head, but smaller. The baby pose is similar to the Carousel Baby.
