This is a pair of unicorn-pegasus hybrids less than 1″ tall from Polyfect Toys Polly Pocket knockoff castle playsets. They look similar to equines in the Blue Box Toys Tiny Dreams castles. Here is a package picture from eBay:
Note that they are similar but different molds; blue has a more bent front leg than purple:
