This pony is not marked Lanard anywhere on the body, but has been identified from in package pictures. This particular one came with a surfboard. Back leg is marked 2005 MADE IN CHINA.

Note some different kind of hair strands between the following two. Left has blue yarn; right has blue and white striped ribbon.
This blue and purple one may be a fakie of the Lanard; the markings have been removed from the leg:
