Mattel Disney Princess Royal Nursery line of dolls and accessories ran from ~2005-2006. This one is 4.25″ tall and marked 2005 MATTEL INC CHINA on hoof.
There are also fakies based on this design. They are just marked MADE IN CHINA on the belly. I have only come across these in lots from the UK.
