Some of these appear very close to the Lanards, but plastic is lower quality and there are no markings on the bottom. There are a few other variants as well.

Hunson/JPW International
The packaging on this fakie set is branded Hudson in top corner and JPW International on back by UPC. Note that the Lanard Pony Tails logo has been borrowed as well.
Big Baby
This special one is the size of an adult pony (4.5″ tall) but in the seated baby pose. The eyes are modelled on the 1990s Lanard style. It has no manufacturer markings.
