This is a post-MLP G1 pony by Hasbro (1995). Dazzle is more of a realistic-proportioned horse, closer to Barbie-sized. Not a complete set shown; missing (at least) 1 earring and saddle blanket. I’m not sure if the purple bow barrette is original. Click images to enlarge.
