This is a “brush” toy that makes lights and sounds. It’s not really a functioning brush; there are teeth, but between them is a rubber roller that activates a wing flapping motion. Interestingly, the molded pony on top is identified on the package as a “unicorn”, but there is no horn visible. Looks like a standard pegasus.
