Wang’s International Flocked 1 5/8″ Mini Ponies. I came across these on eBay. They came in their original packaging, a baggie with card on top. They are in pose like the G1 Collector Pose, and remind me of the CP erasers.
This is another style of craft notion pony, about 1.25″ tall. They have pipe cleaner mane and tail and a sticker bow around the neck:
