This is a set of 9 ponies, the Mane 6 plus three original princesses (Celestia, Luna, Cadance). The pouch of 12 accessories includes 3 necklaces and 9 colorful rubber bands. (Honestly, Hasbro, padding the accessory number with rubber bands is a lame move.) Anyway. The three princesses also each have a crown on in package; so ultimately everybody gets a rubber band, and the three princesses (not including Twilight Sparkle, sorry) each have a crown and necklace.
