This is another rendition of the Tootsie body, with wings added, and paired with a unicorn head (usually–there are a couple without a horn.) They were sold, at least some of the time, under the name Magic Pony. (See The MLP Fakie Project for more info.) They are 5″ tall and marked “MADE in CHINA” (on back hooves, with circle around the words).
