Galupy is a line of flocked winged ponies that come in blind packs. They are marketed as Lil’ Flockers in the US. The parent entity appears to be Craze.
Note that Galupy is also the name of a horse in Thomas Goletz’s Diddl world that appears in toys and other licensed merchandise, and pre-dates the flocked Galupy line. I haven’t determined if there is a connection between the two.
